11 Months

These pictures were taken a while ago; it has just taken me a bit to get them up.  Miles loves seeing Pooh and gets so excited when it's time for his picture. He looks so big in this picture!  He is growing so fast.  He'll be 1 in just a week!  

Miles is so close to walking on his own!  He can take about 10 steps on his own but prefers to hold someone's hand and walk. . . anywhere and everywhere.  It's hard to find a time where he just sits and plays with his toys. He would always rather be walking.  He is still trying to get the hang of "mama" and "dada".  He says them all the time he just has no idea what they mean yet.  He has mastered finger foods and can shovel more food in his mouth than I have ever seen a little kid eat!  He is so precious and is the bright spot to my sickness filled days!

Big Brother

On or around October 31st our family will grow once again! Miles will be a big brother! We are very excited! This baby is making me just a sick as the last one but I know that it won't last forever. Carson has been playing the role of super dad, working hard during the day and taking care of Miles, Me, the dogs and the house at night.

The due date is special because it was my brothers due date (my mom's second child as well) and he was actually born on his due date.

I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow. Carson's already to start the week by week photos and I'm not even showing yet!

A Florida Bath

I'm sure this will be the first of many post of our trip to Orlando for my brothers wedding, but the pictures aren't all ready yet. But for now, here is how Miles got his baths while we were in Orlando. He loved being outside and the weather was so beautiful that we decided to just give him his baths in the back yard. He LOVED it!

Walkin

I thought Miles' was still a ways away from walking but just a few days ago he started pushing this little toy around. He has gotten really good at it and now I'm thinking it won't be long before he is toddling along!

Random Miles Update

We've kind of been taking it easy around here and are enjoying being home. Miles is into pretty much everything now. You can't leave him unattended. If he can pull up on it, he will. He is also more interested in the dog toys, just as they are more interested in his toys. They sure keep me busy. He is very much a mama's boy right now (as I'm sure he will be as long as I'm feeding him). Although he gets very excited and squeals and kicks his legs when dada gets home. If I'm in the room, he will crawl over to me and pull up on my legs.
