A Florida Bath

I'm sure this will be the first of many post of our trip to Orlando for my brothers wedding, but the pictures aren't all ready yet. But for now, here is how Miles got his baths while we were in Orlando. He loved being outside and the weather was so beautiful that we decided to just give him his baths in the back yard. He LOVED it!

Walkin

I thought Miles' was still a ways away from walking but just a few days ago he started pushing this little toy around. He has gotten really good at it and now I'm thinking it won't be long before he is toddling along!

Mama's Lil' Man

I sneaked in on Miles' 10 month photo to get some pictures of us together.

10 Months

We're getting closer and closer to a year!

Random Miles Update

We've kind of been taking it easy around here and are enjoying being home. Miles is into pretty much everything now. You can't leave him unattended. If he can pull up on it, he will. He is also more interested in the dog toys, just as they are more interested in his toys. They sure keep me busy. He is very much a mama's boy right now (as I'm sure he will be as long as I'm feeding him). Although he gets very excited and squeals and kicks his legs when dada gets home. If I'm in the room, he will crawl over to me and pull up on my legs.

Toy Box

We are always looking for new and creative ways to store toys. We have four huge drawers on this awesome crib that Carson's dad build and I decided to use one of them for toys. That way, when we're done playing, all the toys disappear. Well, Miles decided that it was too much work to pull all the toys out and he would just get in the drawer with all of the toys. He was pretty excited about his new discovery.

Big Boy

Gigi and Pops taught Miles a new trick last time they were here. Even though we have continued to practice it, he doesn't like to do it for us.

"Miles are you a big boy?"

Making Connections

Miles has really started to learn cause and effect. He knows if he push buttons, something will happen, depending on the toy. When we read stories that have touch and feel pages, he know exactly where to feel. It's so cool to see him making these connections. I'm excited to continue to watch him learn and grow!

Nana and PooPaw

In the midst of the the wedding planning, we were able to get away and go see Carson's family. It was a beautiful day. Miles got to "jump" on the trampoline and enjoy a lot of time outside.

He is such a boy. He loves getting flipped around.
