Boys and Toys

This boy is so full of energy! It seems like Miles learns something new everyday. I feel like he has lost all of his baby look and now looks like a boy! He had his first official sleepover at a friend's house last night and when we picked him up at church this morning he looked like he had grown even more! I am so thankful to have Miles in my life. He is such a blessing to me and Carson.  He is a wonderful big brother. He is concerned when Juju (Jordan) cries and will run and give her a hug or kiss.

Miles loves playing with toys and is very project oriented.  He likes something specific to play with and work on.  I hope this trend continues when we start to do more formal learning.

His vocabulary is growing all the time. He can say mama, daddy, Juju, Yaya (Rylie), Gigi, Pops, Papa, (still working on Nana), all done, hi, bye-bye, Elmo, jew (Curious George), up, down, please, help, mow (meow- his favorite stuffed animal is a small tiger that we call kitty), moo (sounds similar to mow, except always said louder), and neigh (horses).  He loves going anywhere in the car because he gets to look for horses and cows. He will run to the car saying, "Moo! Neigh!"

It doesn't matter what kind of toy it is. He got about a hour of entertainment from this cat toy. I guess we'll be doing his birthday shopping at PetSmart:)
